Who are we?
We are Garden Magic Ltd. A company that sells a whole range of Garden items from outdoor lighting to irrigation equipment and garden furniture.
We pride ourselves on our quick delivery and customer service, making sure that every order arrives to the customer on time and packaged safely and that any issues can be resolved with us in an easy and comforting manner.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
Dispatch time for items is one working day then delivery is usually from 1-3 days depending on the item purchased and the carrier used to send the items, some items can take longer to ship, this includes incredibly large or heavy objects such as furniture.
We use a combination of Royal Mail and Courier firms depending on size and weight of parcels, to ensure items get to customers on time and in one piece!
What payment options do you offer?
We currently offer Paypal and Credit/Debit card processing, if using a card then you once you have been directed to the Paypal website after completing your order then you can checkout as a "guest" on the Paypal page and enter your card details.
I would like to return my Item!
As long as your item hasn't been used in any way and is still with the original packaging ready for re-sale then we will be happy to give you a full refund if returned withing 28 days of the Purchase date.

Please note we cannot accept any items that have been sent back after 28 days since the purchasing date, we can also not accept any used or slightly damaged items or items not in the original packaging.

If you have a query about an item arriving incorrectly or damaged then please get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs for the United Kingdom Mainland start at £1.50 for 1st class postage. Please note that large or heavy items such as multiple lights or big lighting posts have to be sent via courier and have increased postage costs which start at £5.99 and are sent on our 1-2 day delivery service.
Please note that large orders or heavy items being sent outside of the UK have a substantial increase to postage costs due to their size and weight, this includes all Highland and Islands courier post, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

I'm a trade customer, can I get trade prices or open a trade account with you?
We do offer trade prices, please send us an email to email@example.com to get started and then we will take it from there!
What are the opening hours of Garden Magic?
Business hours are 9am-4pm, however emails and messages are answered during the evening time as well, please also bear in mind that we are an online retailer and do not have a sales counter as of yet to purchase items from.

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes! All of our products come with VAT already included in the price.
Tell me about your design service!
We offer a paid Garden design service for customers who want us to recommend a full Garden setup or are unsure about how to arrange their Garden. Just send us an aerial drawn image and we can quote you how much it will cost and then find you the ideal products, connectors, transformers and lights to make your Garden look fabulous without you needing to worry about anything!
I have been given a voucher or discount code, how do i use it?
First make sure you have an account and are logged into your account before you try and use a voucher or discount code. Also make sure you are typing the code in the correct case, either upper or lower and with or without the spaces included. I have ordered the wrong item, can I exchange it?
If the item hasn’t been damaged or used and is in it's original packaging ready for re-sale then you can return the item with a note saying what you would like to exchange for plus your order details and name,
